Lukas arrives in Patchogue from NCAA Division II Alderson Broaddus University where he served as Assistant Athletic Director for Marketing and Communications since 2019. At Alderson Broaddus, Lukas oversaw all game management and sports information operations. Additionally, he was responsible for maintaining all athletics facilities' schedules. From 2014 to 2019, Lukas was the head coach of the men’s lacrosse team at Alderson Broaddus. His appointment as head of the program came after three years on staff as an assistant. Prior to his time in West Virginia, Lukas served as head coach of The Collegiate School lacrosse program in New York, NY in 2011 and was an intern with the Long Island Ducks (2011) and ESPN Radio (2010). Lukas earned a Bachelor of Arts in communication from Monmouth University in 2010. He resides in Massapequa with his wife, Jen, and their dog, Ruben. Â
