Purchase, NY| The St. Joseph's College (L.I.) women's tennis team extended its unbeaten season to 4-0 on Saturday afternoon when it defeated SUNY Purchase, 6-3, in a road Skyline Conference contest.

SJC's Erin Hickey and Joan Dabalsky snatched an 8-2 win at second doubles while the first doubles pairing of Jessica Jones and Mackenzie Martocci dropped an 8-2 decision. St. Joseph's won third doubles by default.

In singles action, Martocci surged to a 6-1, 6-0 win at third singles and Haley Celona secured a 6-1, 6-0 win at fourth singles. Jones and Dabalsky were defeated at first and second singles, respectively, and SJC was credited with wins by default at fifth and sixth singles.

The Golden Eagles put their perferct 4-0 record on the line vs. Yeshiva University on April 27 at 5:00 pm at the SJC Outdoor Field Complex. A limited amount of spectators may attend. More information here.
