Patchogue, NY| The St. Joseph's College (L.I.) men's tennis team was defeated, 9-0, by Yeshiva University in a Skyline Conference contest on Monday evening.
The loss sends the Golden Eagles to 0-6 overall on the year and 0-3 in Skyline play as the Maccabees improve to 5-2 and 3-0.
All three of SJC's doubles pairs were defeated 8-0 in the match.
Cory Stengel fared best in singles play in a 0-6, 3-6 loss at second singles.
The Golden Eagles return to action on Saturday, April 16, when they host Pratt for a non-conference match at 12:00 pm.
