• Senior Madison Gremli led all players with 17 kills while collecting 13 digs

• Junior Jackie Wolf pitched in with 10 kills and a match-high eight aces

• Freshman Nina Vanderhoof finished with 10 kills and four blocks

• Setter Katie D'Angelo tossed a match-high 39 assists with 10 digs

• Libero Sarah Montefusco picked up a team-best 19 digs

How it happened

• Both teams squeaked out a win in the first two sets with the Golden Eagles taking set one 25-22 and the Gryphons coming away with a 25-23 victory in set two

• St. Joseph's built a 17-7 lead in the third frame before breezing to a 25-14 win 

• THe fourth set saw more of the same when the Golden Eagles went ahead 20-10 before closing out the match with a 25-13 win
