- The first half was steady for both teams offensively and defensively.
- Manhattanville scored the first goal of the game at 27:07.
- One minute later junior Abigail Butler found the back of the net for the Golden Eagles, assisted by sophomore Bella Sweet.
- Senior Sierra 'CC' Rosario scored the game winning goal that broke the 1-1 tie in the beginning of the second half, resulting in a 2-1 victory for St. Joseph's- L.I.
