The St. Joseph's University, New York (L.I.) women's volleyball team rallied from a two-set deficit to defeat Mt. St. Mary College (NY) in a Skyline Conference thriller, 3–2, inside the John A. Danzi Center Gym.

- Luciana D'Ambrosio led the Golden Eagles with 19 kills on .302 hitting to go with 13 digs and a service ace.
- Isabella Juliano contributed 18 kills and 17 digs while hitting .361 and added two aces.
- Setter Lauren Goss dished out 49 assists, tallied three aces, and posted 11 digs
- Defensively, Sarah Montefusco anchored the back row with a match-high 37 digs
- Sarah Hansen added 12 kills on a .367 clip.
How it Happened
- Mt. St. Mary opened the match strong, taking the first two sets 25–21, 25–21 behind efficient hitting and timely serving.
- St. Joseph's turned the tide in the third set, holding off the Knights for a 25–23 win, fueled by late kills from D'Ambrosio and Juliano.
- The Golden Eagles carried momentum into the fourth, claiming another 25–23 victory as Hansen and Vanderhoof combined for key kills down the stretch.
- In the decisive fifth set, St. Joseph's dominated from the start, hitting .526 and cruising to a 15–5 win to complete the comeback.
Notes
- St. Joseph's hit .197 as a team and finished with nine service aces.
- Montefusco's 37 digs were a match high, and Goss's 49 assists were a season best.
- The Golden Eagles also totaled 99 digs defensively, holding Mt. St. Mary to a .152 hitting percentage.
