The Golden Eagles fell to host Stevens in straight sets before suffering a five-set setback against Drew University. Match One: St. Joseph's (L.I.) 0, Stevens 3 Records St. Joseph's (L.I.), 0–1; Stevens, 1–0 Top Performers Declan Kerns led the Golden Eagles offensively with six kills. Dominic Ruggiero guided the offense with 14 assists, adding three digs. Logan Meyer contributed four kills and one block assist Connor Ruais recorded a team-high five digs and one assist How It Happened Stevens controlled the opening set, pulling away midway through the frame to claim a 25–16 win. The Ducks maintained momentum in the second set, again creating separation late to secure another 25–16 victory.
