Vahle Highlights Weekly Awards; Jones Secures Honorable Mention

Patchogue, NY| Two members of the St. Joseph's University L.I. women's soccer team earn Skyline Weekly Honors recognition. Graduate student Kristin Vahle was named Skyline Conference Defensive Player of the Week. 

Additionally, freshman Maddy Jones secured Weekly Honorable Mention. 

Kristin Vahle (Gr.) - Women's Soccer Defensive Player of the Week
Vahle totaled 14 saves while allowing just six goals across three matches, highlighted by a shutout victory over Yeshiva. She capped the week with a 10-save performance against WestConn and tied the program record for career shutouts.

Maddy Jones (Fr.) - Women's Soccer Weekly Honorable Mention
Scored two goals in her first collegiate start, leading the Golden Eagles to a 9-0 victory over Yeshiva.
