The first set stayed close early, 9-8, but the Golden Eagles pulled away with four unanswered points and went on to secure the set 25-18

St. Joseph's came out to an early 12-4 lead in the second frame and held the Valiants to just three more points en route to a 25-7 victory

Sophomore Adam Bender's five kills on nine attempts led SJLI to a 25-12 win in set three
