How it happened:

The Golden Eagles got out to an early lead with four runs in the bottom of the first. Joya sent an RBI double in the left-center gap with Lynch following with an RBI single to center. Crema then belted a two-run home run over the left-field fence

After two scoreless innings, St. Joseph's loaded the bases with two out setting up a three-RBI triple off the rightfield wall extending the lead to 7-0

Lynch and Crema combined to knock in three more runs in the bottom on the sixth putting the hosts into double figures, 10-0
