Pratt scored first in the opening set, but the Golden Eagles recovered quickly building a nine-point advantage at the midway point, 14-5. Behind a .500 team hitting percentage, the hosts went on to cruise to a 25-12 win

The Cannoneers again claimed the opening points in set two, but SJLI's lead grew to double digits at 18-8, before going up 2-0 in the match with a 25-10 win

SJLI's Wolf went back to serve with the Golden Eagles leading 9-6 in set three, and a 13-0 run followed extending the advantage to 21-6. The hosts help Pratt to single digits finishing the sweep with a 25-9 win
