New York, NY| Two members of the St. Joseph's University (L.I.) women's tennis team earned Skyline All-Conference honors as announced on Wednesday afternoon.
Senior Natalie Kopala took home First-Team honors, and junior Allison Goodyear landed on the Second-Team.
Additionally, senior Victoria Corcoran was named to the All-Sportsmanship team.
Kopala was 7-2 overall on the season for both singles and doubles matches, going 6-1 in conference for singles and 5-2 for doubles. The senior had four shutout matches, two singles and two doubles.
Goodyear was 7-2 overall on the season as well for both singles and doubles, 5-2 in conference play for both singles and doubles. The junior had one shutout singles match and four shutout doubles matches.
The Golden Eagles enter the Skyline Conference Championship as the third seed and will travel to second-seeded Manhattanville in the First Round on Wednesday, October 22nd at 4:00 pm.
