Men's Soccer Draws to Mount Saint Vincent

The St. Joseph's University, New York (L.I.) men's soccer faced Mount Saint Vincent on the road, where they played to a 0-0 draw on Wednesday night.
 

Top Performers

  • Jack Pulisic led the Golden Eagles with four shots and two shots on goal.
  • Goalkeeper Dean Burchard recorded three saves in the full 90 minutes.

How It Happened

  • The first half started off with the first shot taken at 52 second by Mount Saint Vincent.
  • In the 13th minute the Dolphins had the advantage to score on goal, but was denied by freshman goalkeeper Dean Burchard.
  • Both teams held each other defensively, ending the first half 0-0.
  • The Golden Eagles was strong on offense in the second half, leading in shots with 6-5, but couldn't land any goals which ended the game with a draw.
