Purchase scored first in the opening set, 3-0, but the Golden Eagles rattled off seven straight points for a 7-3 advantage. The hosts maintained momentum cruising to a 25-15 win.Â

St. Joseph's opened up set two 13-0 and hit .545 as a team en route to a 25-8 win. Meyer finished with four kills with MacPherson and Foglia adding three kills apiece

Set three was played closely with the teams deadlocked at 18. The next three points went in favor of the Golden Eagles before the home team locked up the sweep with a 25-20 win. Junior Adam Bender finished with four kills with freshman Cole Violi pitching in with three
