• Manhattanville took an early lead in the game, scoring the first two goals in the first two minutes of play before Stubba notched SJLI's first goal to cut the deficit to just one with 11:10 left in the first
• The Valiants would go on a 9-0 scoring run to end the first quarter as they took control with a 10-goal lead heading into the second quarter
• Manhattanville would continue its scoring run in the second quarter, totaling seven goals while holding St. Joseph's scoreless in the quarter as the first half came to a close with the score 18-1 in favor of Manhattanville
• Stubba notched the first goal of the second half and his second of the game before the Valiants scored seven straight to close out the third quarter, as the score was 25-2 heading into the final frame
