The Golden Eagles took a quick match lead with a 25-11 win in set one, hitting .395 as a team. Anderson led with six kills, and MacPherson added five

St. Joseph's jumped out to a 14-1 lead in set two and held the Panthers to single digits with a 25-7 win. Meyer finished with six kills, and MacPherson was successful on four out of five attempts

The final frame was played closely, seeing 10 tied scores and three lead changes. Old Westbury was ahead 21-20, but back-to-back points went in favor of the Golden Eagles, putting the guests ahead 22-21.
