Results:

The St. Joseph's University (L.I.) Golden Eagles showed resilience by taking one set but ultimately fell 3-1 (25-17, 26-19, 11-25, 25-18) to a balanced Bard attack.

  • The momentum continued in set two—The Raptors stayed efficient on attack and defense, building a lead and closing it out 25-19 to go up 2-0.
  • St. Joseph's (L.I.) answered back in set three, dominating with sharp attacks from DeLumen and Mischler plus timely blocks, cruising to a 25-11 win to force a fourth set.
  • Bard regrouped in the fourth, leaning on Stein and Ansel Waisler for big kills and steady serving. They built a lead and sealed the match 25-18 for the 3-1 road victory.
