How it happened:

• SJLI's first drive was intercepted by LIU in the first quarter, but the Golden Eagles held firm as the score remained 0-0 at the end of the first quarter.
• In the second quarter, Alexa Marchese scored on a 37-yard touchdown run. Norah Williams then added a touchdown on a pass from Marchese on 1st and goal, followed by a successful two-point conversion by Williams. 
• Kallie Eichner capped the half with an 18-yard touchdown as time expired at .8 seconds, and Eichner successfully converted the one-point attempt. SJLI took a 21-0 lead into halftime.
• Marchese added a 25-yard touchdown in the third quarter to make it 27-0 at the end of the third. 
• Norah Williams sealed the victory with a 22-yard touchdown reception on a long pass from Marchese.
