The St. Joseph's University, New York (L.I.) men's basketball team fell to Manhattanville College, 61-52, in a conference match-up at the Danzi Center on Wednesday evening.

How it happened:

Manhattanville jumped out in front and scored 10 of the first 14 points of the game to take a 10-4 lead at the 16:58 mark

Malloy scored eight of the Golden Eagles' first 12 points, with his final basket of that run bringing the hosts within two (14-12) with 12:44 on the clock 
- 
St. Joseph's took their first lead of the game on a jump shot for Malloy at the 6:06 mark that put the hosts ahead 20-19

The Valiants responded with a 10-0 run to take a 29-20 lead, then went into the half up 29-22
