How it happened:

An evenly matched first half saw both teams finishing with a two-point advantage after each of the first two quarters going into the break at a 30-30 stalemate

A three from junior Emma Kelly early in the third sparked SJLI's longest-scoring run, 8-0, giving the Golden Eagles their largest lead of the night, 40-34

But the Falcons chipped away overtaking the visitors via a three from Scott with three minutes left in the frame, 44-42

AMC led by as many as five on a couple of occasions before taking a slight49-46 advantage into the final quarter

Albertus Magnus maintained their lead throughout the first portion of the fourth until a free throw from Spina knotted the score at 57

The hosts quickly responded when Elizabeth Bruno completed a three-point play with 3:29 left to play

The Falcons outscored the Golden Eagles 12-4 down the stretch to hold on for the 72-61 win
