PATCHOGUE, N.Y. – April 5, 2025 — St. Joseph's University, Long Island, hosted its first home flag football matches on Saturday against Skyline Conference opponents St. Joseph's University, Brooklyn, and Mt. St. Mary's College.

The first game saw the Golden Eagles take down the Bears of St. Joseph's University of Brooklyn, with the final score 12-6.

SJBK took on Mt. St. Mary's in the second game, with the Bears coming out on top over the Knights with a final score of 25-6.

In the day's final game, SJLI faced off against the Knights of MSMC, and the Golden Eagles won their second game, 26-0.

The Golden Eagles will travel to Staten Island, NY, on Saturday, April 12, for two games, starting at 3:40 PM, against Howard Community College and the College of Staten Island.
