How it happened:

• Albright was able to pull ahead early as Rovenstine singled to get on base; a Brechard single up the middle brought Rovenstine home for the first run of the game as SJLI escaped the inning with runners on second and third base
• The top of the second inning saw the most significant scoring output of the game when the Lions were able to accumulate seven runs on six hits, highlighted by a Hernandez two-RBI double to help Albright capture an 8-0 advantage
• St. Joseph's looked to respond in the bottom half of the inning when Ehman was able to hit a sacrifice fly to center field to bring home one run in the inning
• The Golden Eagles looked to cut into the lead again when Busa and Salvatto hit back-to-back RBI singles in the bottom of the third to cut the lead to 8-3
• The Lions responded in the top of the fourth inning when Hernandez capitalized with runners on base hitting a two-RBI single
• Albright solidified their victory in the top of the sixth when Hernandez again singled to right field, bringing home one run to score, as later in the inning, Breschard doubled to center field for two more runs to score, capturing a 13-3 victory
