Allen and Tabada led the Golden Eagles early, scoring 18 out of the team's 20 points through the first 10 minutes of play, as a Tabada layup cut the Panthers lead to one
Malloy provided the next spark for SJLI as the forward would produce eight of the team's next 10 points to help pull ahead by three with 5:26 left in the first half
St. Joseph's ended the final five minutes of play, outscoring the Panthers 17-11, with Allen and Tabada combining for all 17 points during the run
In the first minute of the second half, Allen scored a quick four points for the Golden Eagles to take a commanding lead 51-41
